一、概述
我國3~35KV電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統中存(cun)在(zai)如下幾種過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),斷路器(qi)開閉動作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)操作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、單相撞地(di)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)弧光過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和(he)雷擊時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)大氣過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)等(deng)(deng)。目前(qian),尚無針對(dui)這些過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)完整(zheng)的(de)(de)保(bao)護方案(an),供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統還經常會發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜放炮、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機絕緣擊穿、避雷器(qi)爆(bao)炸和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)互(hu)感器(qi)燒毀等(deng)(deng)事故。此類事故發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)原因,除(chu)了與系統中裝設的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)保(bao)護產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)有關系外,系統本身的(de)(de)復雜(za)性(xing)對(dui)過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)有著重要的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。對(dui)于不同的(de)(de)系統,使用過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)保(bao)護產(chan)品(pin)時(shi)需考慮系統輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路的(de)(de)類型、輸(shu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路的(de)(de)網(wang)絡(luo)結(jie)構、負(fu)責的(de)(de)性(xing)質(zhi)和(he)系統的(de)(de)接地(di)方式等(deng)(deng)。
針對如此復雜的系統,使用一(yi)種或幾種過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)產品難以全面抑制各(ge)種類型的系統過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),如避雷器、組合式過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)器、消弧線圈及各(ge)種原理的消弧裝置和PT消諧(xie)器等,盡管在(zai)這些系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)裝(zhuang)設各種過(guo)(guo)電壓保(bao)(bao)護產品,但因產品保(bao)(bao)護特性(xing)不(bu)能很(hen)好的匹配,無(wu)法徹底(di)有效地(di)抑制系(xi)(xi)統過(guo)(guo)電壓,不(bu)僅(jin)如(ru)(ru)此,各廠(chang)家保(bao)(bao)護器參(can)數(shu)質(zhi)量參(can)差不(bu)齊(qi),往往在(zai)過(guo)(guo)電壓動(dong)作時殘壓過(guo)(guo)高,對(dui)系(xi)(xi)統損傷較大,同一(yi)系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)裝(zhuang)設不(bu)同廠(chang)家的過(guo)(guo)電壓保(bao)(bao)護產品更(geng)是如(ru)(ru)此。
針對目(mu)前中低壓(ya)(ya)系統中過電壓(ya)(ya)防治難的現狀,我(wo)公司研(yan)制生產了低殘(can)壓(ya)(ya)綜合保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置(zhi),型號(hao)FS-DZYD)。該柜可彌補(bu)系統中(zhong)過電(dian)壓(ya)保護(hu)元件及(ji)裝置的(de)不足,監測并有效抑制各種過電(dian)壓(ya),同時降低殘壓(ya)值,提(ti)升了系統的(de)過電(dian)壓(ya)保護(hu)水平。

針對目前(qian)中低(di)壓系(xi)統(tong)中過(guo)電壓防治難的現(xian)狀,我公(gong)司研制生產了(le)低(di)殘壓綜(zong)合保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置,型號FS-DZYD)。該柜(ju)可(ke)彌補系(xi)統中過(guo)電壓保(bao)(bao)護元件及裝置的不足,監測并有效抑制各種(zhong)過(guo)電壓,同時降低殘壓值,提升了系(xi)統的過(guo)電壓保(bao)(bao)護水平。
